Why does Kiddie Network Not Have In-House Support?

It is no secret that providing 3rd grade class support is critical to the long term growth of any web hosting company. Sadly this is both expensive and requires that I not sleep in on Weekends - this is simply unacceptable. We have spent at least 3 recess periods researching cost effective solutions to this problem and came up with an excelent solution - why not outsource our support to two forums - Technical.chat and WebHostingTalk.com. These forums are staffed 24/7 by several industry experts who will work for free!

We strongly feel that this is the direction that many web hosting companies are moving to due to the large number of customers that already submit tickets on WebHostingTalk.com. Dont worry about billing, our teams will still be around to collect your lunch money.

Why is my site offline?

Maybe you should be asking why is my site not online when it should be offline. Kiddie Networks values premium downtime and provides this liberally with all plans

What can I do if my website is being attacked by a Bully?

Being attacked by a bully is never fun and we do our best to prevent small attacks by employing several anti-bully techniques however some do make it past us. If you are under a active attack, please follow the instructions below;

1) Create a Support Ticket by clicking on the New Thread Button on Technical.chat and/or WebHostingTalk.com to let everyone know that your website is under attack. Please remember to include if you have completed your homework in your ticket

2) Wait while a well trained engineer talks you through the process of migrating your content onto another host

How to transfer an existing hosting account to a new host?

Kiddie Networks provides the most unplanned downtime of any host in the industry. We honestly do not know why anyone would want to leave for a host with less downtime but if you do wish to move, please follow the instructions below

1) Create a Support Ticket by clicking on the New Thread Button on Technical.chat and/or WebHostingTalk.com to let everyone know that you wish to move to a new site. Please remember to include if you have completed your homework in your ticket

2) Wait while a well trained engineer talks you through the process of migrating your content onto another host. Make sure you look at our "Grown Up" hosting options in the footer of our website.

Please Note : You will see a spike in uptime once you move from our network. We are not responsible for any future unplanned downtime when you are no longer on our servers.
